When does billing start?

What platforms do you support?
MT4 and MT5 today. cTrader and futures are on the roadmap: we never claim a platform before it ships.
Where does it run? Do I need a VPS?
Everything runs in our cloud. EA Hosting gives you a full interactive MT4/MT5 terminal in the browser, so there's no Windows VPS to rent or maintain.
How fast is the copy?
Opens, modifies, and closes on the master replicate internally in milliseconds, with a confirmed, auditable result posted back for every follower.
How are my broker credentials stored?
Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We never store them in plaintext, and decryption happens only inside the component that needs them to log in.
Can I still trade manually alongside the copier?
Yes. The copier only manages the positions it opens. Set a copier to monitor mode if you want it to manage existing positions without opening new ones.
What counts as an “account”?
Any MT4 or MT5 login you connect as a master or a follower. The free tier includes 2 headless (non-EA) accounts; EA-hosted accounts are billed separately.
Can I run this under my own domain?
Yes, every tenant gets a white-label subdomain (yourfirm.trademetry.app) with your own branding and client logins.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no contracts. Remove accounts or cancel whenever you like and billing adjusts on your next cycle.
Can I export my data?
